Health Support Services

Carbal’s Outreach Health Support Services team are responsible for directly connecting with vulnerable members of the Darling Downs and Southern Downs.  The team facilitates access to supports and services that individuals may find challenging to reach due to personal circumstances, social and emotional factors, or a lack of awareness about available supports.

The team prides itself for going above and beyond and goes further than simply connecting mob with available supports.

The team are continually recognised for their commitment and hard work in getting to know individuals and working directly with them and their families on their journeys to social and emotional well-being.

Carbal’s Outreach Health Support Services team are an essential part of Carbal Medical Services’ holistic approach to continual improvement of First Nations’ health.
