Indigenous Jersey Design Competition: Celebrate Culture and Health!

Carbal is announcing an exciting opportunity for our community members to showcase their talent and creativity.
Carbal is in the process of creating a special jersey to reward our clients who visit the clinic for their Chronic Disease Management check up, and we’re on the lookout for an extraordinary design. Just imagine your artwork proudly displayed on jerseys throughout Toowoomba!
Design Challenge:
Create a painting/design that embodies and celebrates Indigenous culture, health, and wellbeing.

Terms & Conditions
General Conditions:
- Carbal Medical Services shall provide the imagery, artwork, or painting to the chosen merchandise design company for the purpose of designing the jersey for the competition.
- Carbal Medical Services have the discretion and approval of the final design.
- The imagery will be modified by the merchandise company and adapted in the final design to fit on the jersey
- Logos at the discretion of Carbal Medical Services will be added to the final design
- The merchandise design company is prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing the provided materials for any other purpose without prior written consent from Carbal Medical Services.
- By submitting a design, you grant Carbal the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the design for promotional purposes.
- The production of the Jersey can take up to 12 weeks after announcement of the winning design and will be issued to those who undertake Chronic Disease Management check ups.
- For clarity purposes; the 715 health check remains a different incentive.
Design Guidelines;
- Designs should celebrate Indigenous culture, health, and wellbeing.
- Submissions must be in digital format (JPG, PNG, PDF)
- Designs should not contain offensive or inappropriate content.
- Designs are to be uploaded to the website by closing of submission deadline.
Eligibility:
- The competition is open to Indigenous individuals of all ages residing in the Toowoomba and Warwick region.
- Submissions must be original works created by the entrant and not previously published.
Prize for the Winning Design:
- Winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Carbal Medical Services
- The decisions of the judges are final
- The winning artist will also receive a fantastic Carbal merchandise pack; including
- a Hoodie;
- Hat;
- Backpack;
- Football; and
- $150 gift voucher!
